What metals do you use?
Every Kavseyn piece is made in solid 14K or 18K gold — never plated, never filled. The gold goes all the way through, so it won't fade, chip, or turn.
Are the stones real diamonds?
Our pavé and stone-set styles are set with sparkling cubic zirconia unless a product listing states otherwise. They give the same brilliant sparkle at a friendlier price.
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from California with free insured U.S. shipping. Signature and express options are available at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is crafted to order in your chosen karat, color, and size, so please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Standard U.S. delivery takes a further 3–5 business days, and express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
What colors can I choose?
Most styles are available in yellow, white, and rose gold, in both 14K and 18K.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Every order also includes one complimentary exchange or resize — so if the fit isn't right, we'll sort it out at no cost. Earrings can be exchanged but not resized. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if something breaks?
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — a loose stone, a failed clasp, a solder joint that gives way. If the fault is in how the piece was made, we'll repair or replace it however long you've owned it. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss aren't covered.
How do I find my size?
See our Care & Sizing Guide for ring and bangle measuring tips. And because every order includes a free resize, there's no risk in getting it slightly wrong.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry, store pieces separately, and buff gently with a soft cloth to keep the shine. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes.
