We want you to love your Kavseyn piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We can't accept pieces that show signs of wear, that have been altered or resized by another jeweller, or that are damaged outside of transit.

One Complimentary Exchange or Resize

Every piece is crafted to order in your chosen karat, color, and size — and we know sizing isn't always right the first time. Every order includes one complimentary exchange or resize within 30 days, with shipping covered both ways. Earrings can be exchanged but not resized.

How to Start a Return

Email kavseynjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within one business day with instructions and an insured return label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Kavseyn piece is backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — a stone that works loose from its setting, a clasp that fails, a solder joint that gives way. If the fault is in how the piece was made, we'll repair or replace it, however long you've owned it.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and scratches from daily use, loss or theft, accidental damage, or work carried out by another jeweller. To make a claim, email us your order number and a photo of the piece.
