Every Kavseyn piece is made to order in solid gold and ships from CA.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing: Each piece is made to order in your chosen karat, color and size within 1–3 business days, then handed to the carrier.
- U.S. delivery: Free insured shipping on every U.S. order, delivered in 1–3 business days after dispatch. Orders over $300 ship with signature confirmation for added security.
- Express (U.S.): Need it sooner? Express shipping is $30 and delivers in 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping: Insured worldwide shipping is $35, and free on orders of $500 or more. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
- Packaging: Every order is inspected by hand and arrives in a Kavseyn gift box, ready to give.
Where We Ship
We ship from CA to the United States and to most countries worldwide. All packages are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Due to U.S. trade restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries; if your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, payable to the carrier on delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns & Warranty
