Option 1 – Measuring Tape

Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your wrist (just above the wrist bone) with no extra space. Don't add room for comfort, just find your exact measurement. Our sizing already includes room for a comfortable fit.
Note where the tape meets itself. That's your exact wrist measurement.

Option 2 – String or Strip of Paper

Wrap the string or strip of paper snugly around your wrist (just above the wrist bone) with no extra space. Don't add room for comfort, just find your exact measurement. Our sizing already includes room for a comfortable fit.
Mark where the ends meet with a pen or marker.
Lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler, and you've got your wrist measurement.
